Truffle Restaurant Taylor's ( 19-01-2010 )

Today 4 of us Leo, Ming Foong, Eugene & me had invited by Jimmy's friends to have dinner at Truffle Restaurant in our new campus. I think we are the first having dinner there among our friends. Truffle is a fine-dining concept restaurant.

The bun was quite nice tonight, it was a bit chewy but not hard
Clam Chowder
Beef Wellington with asparagus & enoki

Poached pear with chocolate sauce
End up with coffee
The new way to drink coffee or tea at Taylor's
Because the handle was extremely hot
We really enjoy our dinner of course because everything is new and the ambience is nice.About the food that I want to highlight is the beef, the beef was the best I had in Taylor's because it wouldn't chewy yet it was tender.
Thanks to Miss Jasmine because take good care of us and we hope can dine in again.
